The
Rabbit Run Homeowner’s Association board of directors plans and approves an annual
budget, oversees members’ compliance with deed restrictions and covenants of
the Association, investigates complaints from members pertaining to
noncompliance, oversees landscaping and maintenance of common areas, and reviews
applications from members for structural improvements, landscaping plans, or
changes (e.g. installation of fences and additions to homes such as sundecks and
porches).
