I lost my recreation center key. How do I replace it?

Submit a request through the Contact Us page on the website. Replacement keys are $15 each.
I'd like to rent the party room at the recreation center. Who do I contact?

Rabbit Run HOA members in good standing are eligible to rent the recreation center. Simply submit a request through the Contact Us form on the website.
How do I access the Recreation Center and tennis/pickleball courts?

When you moved into Rabbit Run, the previous owner of your residence should have passed along a key or key fob with a serial number on it. The key allows you to access the recreation center and outdoor courts. If you did not receive a key or cannot locate yours please send an email to rabbit.run@twc.com.
When are annual dues collected?

Annual dues notices are mailed to members in October. Dues should be paid in full by November 1 to avoid late fees.
When are neighborhood yard sales held?

Rabbit Run HOA promotes two yard sales annually, in the spring and in the fall (typically in May and September). The HOA promotes the sales through banners at entrances, newspapers ads and social media. Rabbit Run members are welcome to host their own individual sales at other times of the year, too.
Why are annual dues paid in November?

When the Rabbit Run Homeowner's Association was established, the legal documents that were created outlined how the Association would operate, and at that time dues were determined to be due in November. Since that time the board has worked to provide some partial payment options for residents so that they may pay dues in increments, as long as dues in full are paid by November 1.
Why aren't pool passes distributed in November when annual dues payments are collected?

Pool passes are distributed to each household a few weeks before the pool opens on Memorial Day weekend to ensure that the passes are produced using the most up-to-date homeowners association member listing.

Since there may be residents moving in and out of Rabbit Run between November and May, and since the passes are only needed to access the pool in the summer, waiting to distribute these in late spring is more efficient.

A pool pass information request email is sent to members each year in March/April.
My teenager may be interested in being a lifeguard at the pool. Whom should she call?

Contact Lexington Pools at 859-621-8966 or 859-621-8967 to obtain information. Lexington Pools manages the Rabbit Run pool.
I may be interested in joining the board. What do I need to do?

You are encouraged to attend a board meeting or contact any board member or the managing agent for more information. Board members reside in the neighborhood and volunteer their time to help make Rabbit Run an even better place to live. When are board meetings held?

Association board meetings are scheduled for the fourth Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the recreation center in the multi-purpose room. Feel free to submit a message through the Contact Us form on the website for more information.
Who represents Rabbit Run on the city council?

Rabbit Run is located in the 10th district of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government. District 10 is currently represented by Dave Sevigny.
I am new to Rabbit Run and need to set up garbage selection. Do you have a recommendation?

Rabbit Run is not located with Lexington/Fayette County's urban service area where local government-operated garbage collection, recycling and leaf collection services are provided. The Rabbit Run Homeowners Association and board are not permitted to endorse private service providers. Contact private services directly to obtain pricing and other information to make an informed decision, and certainly feel free to ask your neighbors for feedback.
Are the Villages of Rabbit Run condominium and the Rabbit Run Apartments communities part of the Rabbit Run Homeowners Association?

No. The Villages of Rabbit Run is not affiliated with the Rabbit Run Homeowner's Association. This community has a separate board, it own dues structure and operates its own clubhouse. The Rabbit Run Apartment complex is also separate from the Rabbit Run Homeowner's Association.
Do all residents in Rabbit Run pay for maintenance of the small lake behind some of the homes on Comanche Trail and Blenheim?

No. Association dues do not support the operation of the fountain or maintenance of it or the lake. Those expenses are covered solely by the homeowners whose properties back up to the lake. The Association is not involved in collecting funds for the lake's operation or maintenance.
Is my Rabbit Run membership optional?

When Rabbit Run was established the developer elected to have mandatory membership of Rabbit Run for the vast majority of homes in the development.
